Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
